We are afraid of the great white sharks, especially as an effect of the movies in which the main characters were they and they were presented as very dangerous, ferocious animals. Is this real or it is fiction, an exaggeration? It is true that there were many people killed or severely attacked by the great white sharks. The question is if the great white sharks are very aggressive or they attack because they are not accustomed with the presence of the man in the waters where they live. Maybe the great white sharks attack because they are afraid of the humans as they are something unknown for them.
The great white sharks are huge animals, they are very strong and we have to ask if they attack only to eat or for the fact that they do not know what to do. The great white sharks are sometimes eaten or there are made drugs from their body which is said to have important effects on some health problems. The great white sharks adapted very well to the ocean life and they are very resistant and they are one of the biggest animals that live in the water. They grow up to five meters or even more so imagine how huge they are. Their encounter with man has to be very frightening for the latter or for both. The great white sharks eat fish or seals. More, they swim very fast in spite of their huge size and have very sharp senses that help them orientate in the water and catch their prey.
The great white sharks have been studied a lot and still they are, the scientist trying to find out more about their underwater life which is full of mystery. Understanding better the life of the great white sharps, we will know what to do to avoid other tragedies between humans and the white sharks. We will know if they are aggressive for sure or they are only afraid of us, this leading to a clearer image about them. In many cases is the fault of humans because they go surfing or swimming in the places where they are informed that there are great white sharks. In conclusion, they are irresponsible and have to avoid this type of places.
